At Praestans Vault, we want customers to have clear information about returns and refunds. Please review the following terms before requesting a return.
30-Day Return Window
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned in their original condition, with included accessories and packaging where applicable. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, or otherwise outside the eligibility requirements may be refused.
Return Shipping
For an incorrect, defective, or damaged item caused by an issue on our side, Praestans Vault covers eligible return shipping. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Return Label
When Praestans Vault is responsible for the return, we will provide return instructions and an applicable label when available. Customers should not send an item to a return address without receiving instructions first.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fee applies. Restocking fee: $0.00 USD.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for using the correct return address, packaging the item securely, and providing the requested order information. Please keep proof of shipment when returning an item.
Exchanges
Eligible exchanges may be requested for defective or incorrect items, subject to available inventory. Contact business@PraestansVault.store before sending the item.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the return is received and approved. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Late Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund after the expected processing period, first check your original payment account and contact your bank or payment provider. If the refund still cannot be located, contact us at business@PraestansVault.store with your order number.
How to Start a Return
Email business@PraestansVault.store with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Wait for our instructions before shipping the item.
